Відповідно до п. 16 ст. 25 Закону України від 8 липня 2010 року №2464-VI «Про збір та облік єдиного внеску на загальнообов’язкове державне соціальне страхування», зі змінами та доповненнями, строк давності щодо нарахування єдиного внеску на загальнообов’язкове державне соціальне страхування (далі - ЄВ), застосування та стягнення сум недоїмки, штрафів та нарахованої пені не застосовується. Отже, страхувальник має право виправити помилки в звіті щодо сум нарахованого ЄВ за періоди, за якими минув строк позовної давності.Ірина Воротинцева головний державний інспектор Головного управління Міністерства доходів і зборів у Херсонській області
